Assessment Criteria

The first round of screening of all the applications received will be done by the internal committee on the basis of:

  • Eligibility/Compliancy of application form
  • Document verification and authentication: photographic/ video proofs, site visits, etc.

Once the application is through with the screening by the internal committee, the evaluation committee headed by the Chair will examine the eligible applications and evaluate each of them based on the criteria indicated below:

  • Criteria 1: Relevance and Impact (40 points)
  • Criteria 2: Uniqueness of the Initiative (20 points)
  • Criteria 3: Insights & Best Practices (20 points)
  • Criteria 4: Alignment with Global and National Targets (20 points)

The final result, which shall be a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics, will be based on the recommendations of both internal and external evaluation committees.
