All personal details or any other sensitive information provided by the applicant will be treated as confidential.
The Water Sustainability Awards reserve the right to refuse entry to any applicant subjugated by the eligibility criteria of the entity. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Water Sustainability Awards and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The applicant may withdraw its application at any point during the award process, but the participation fees will not be refunded.
Any claims made by the applicant regarding the project/ initiative/ technological innovation must be substantiated with proof at each point during the application process (Refer Section B of the application form).
The applicant must furnish any additional documents that the evaluation committee may seek during the review process. Failure to abide will result in the rejection of the application.
The applicants must facilitate any further evidence such as records of all applicable patents, trademarks, reports, design registrations or intellectual property ownership, etc. about the project during the (evaluation committee’s) verification process.
The title conferred by the Water Sustainability Awards may be withdrawn from any organization/ body/ industry/ company after being granted if it is found that the information supplied by the applicant (here, winner) was incorrect.
The collective decision of the Water Sustainability Awards evaluation committee will be final and binding. Any objections related to the same will not be entertained.
The Water Sustainability Awards may request you to supply details/ photos about your initiative that may be released to press/ media to promote the Awards and encourage entries for subsequent years.
Any applicant applying for the Water Sustainability Awards is agreeing to the abovementioned terms and conditions.
